West Coast Operations Manager
Sam is a seasoned Commercial Diving Operations Manager with extensive experience in underwater construction, salvage, and inspection projects. Recognised for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to safety, he ensures efficient project delivery while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. His expertise in dive team management and emerging technologies has established him as a trusted leader in the industry.

East Coast Operations Manager
With extensive experience in moorings, construction, salvage, and inspection, Kirby is a proven leader in high-pressure marine projects. He combines technical expertise with a forward-thinking, team-focused approach, consistently delivering safe and effective solutions from planning through to completion.
Mathew Harvey
Biofouling Manager
With more than 25 years of industry experience — including 15 years as a marine biologist, 7 years as a computer scientist, and 15 years in management — Mat combines biological expertise with computational innovation to lead Franmarine’s biofouling operations.
